Meet Sylvia

Sylvia Bredenkamp has been selling property for more than 20 years, in KwaZulu-Natal, the Northern Cape and now the Western Cape. She has sold around 500 properties along the way, and today she works from Golden Homes West Coast in Langebaan.

She has also co-owned a franchise, and has won awards for top national sales, top regional sales and top franchise branch. What that really means for you is that she has seen most of what can happen between an offer and registration, and she knows how to keep a sale on track.

Sylvia is a PPRA-registered Full Status Property Practitioner. She sells freehold homes, sectional title and shareblock properties in Langebaan, Myburgh Park, Laguna, Paradise Beach, Shark Bay and Langebaan Country Estate.
