- Golden Homes Head Office is SA Golden Homes Property Group, the company behind every Golden Homes branch in South Africa. Yvonne van Wyk owns and runs it. Yvonne has worked in property for 37 years, started Golden Homes in 2000 and opened it to franchising in 2006. Today there are 11 Golden Homes branches in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape, each one independently owned and run by people who live in the area they sell.
- How Golden Homes started
- Golden Homes began in 2000 as one agency in Primrose, Germiston. In 2006 it became a franchise under SA Golden Homes Property Group, so good agents could run their own office under a name buyers and sellers already knew. Head Office supports every branch, and it's still in Primrose today.
- Between them, the branches have sold thousands of homes. Primrose alone has sold more than 1,300, and Glenwood and Midrand more than 550 each.
