Cookie policy

The short version

This site only sets what it needs to work, unless you say yes to analytics. If you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, so we can make it better. If you click "Essential only", neither is loaded. There is no advertising network on the site and we do not sell or share what we learn for advertising.

What is set

• Your cookie choice. When you answer the banner, your browser remembers "accepted" or "declined" so we do not ask on every page. It is stored only in your browser and holds nothing else.
• Session cookies on the staff portal at /manage and the franchisee shop at /shop. These keep a signed-in member of staff signed in. They are not set for a visitor browsing property.
• Google Analytics, only if you accept. It counts visits and pages viewed, roughly where visitors are (city or country, never an exact address), what device they use and how they found the site, for example from a Google search. It also records when someone sends an enquiry form or taps a WhatsApp or phone link, so we know how many people got in touch through the website. It does not record what you type into a form. Its cookies have names starting with _ga and last up to two years.
• Microsoft Clarity, only if you accept. It shows us, without names, where people click and scroll, so we can find pages that are confusing or broken. Clarity hides what you type into forms. Its cookies have names starting with _clck and _clsk and last up to a year.

Fonts and other third parties

The site loads four typefaces: Source Serif 4, Work Sans, Roboto and Roboto Condensed. They are served from this site rather than fetched from a font provider as you browse, so no third party learns which pages you looked at.

Changing your mind, or turning them off

To change your answer, clear this site's data in your browser settings (often under "Cookies and site data") and the banner will ask you again. Every browser also lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking them will not affect browsing property on this site. It will stop the staff portal from working, because a login has nowhere to live without one.
