Golden Homes branches are independently owned companies operating under franchise. A contract to sell, buy or let a property is between you and that branch, not with the operator of this website.
Property information
Listings are published in good faith on information supplied by the seller or landlord. Prices, sizes, rates, levies, erf numbers and descriptions are given as a guide and are not warranted. Verify anything you intend to rely on, in writing, before you make an offer. Availability changes daily and a property may be sold or let before the site is updated.
Photographs and floor plans are illustrative. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; an offer to purchase or a lease is a separate signed document.
The bond calculator
The calculator is a tool for estimating a repayment on figures you type in. It is not a quotation, an approval, or financial advice, and Golden Homes is not a financial services provider. What a bank will lend you is decided by that bank.
Using the site
