Yvonne van Wyk

Yvonne has sold property since 1989, and her career began in Primrose. That is where she co-founded Golden Homes, from a single office that knew its streets house by house.

Over the years that followed, she grew the business from that one Primrose office into the group it is today, with independently owned branches across Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and the West Coast. In 2015 she became CEO, and in 2025 she acquired the business outright and became its sole owner.

Yvonne is a principal property practitioner registered with the PPRA. After more than thirty-five years in the trade, she still believes a sale is won on local knowledge and straight answers, and every Golden Homes branch is built on that.

If you are selling in Primrose or want to talk to the person who built Golden Homes, call, WhatsApp or send her a message on this page.
