Meet Andre

Andre Bredenkamp is the principal and franchise owner of Golden Homes West Coast, and has worked in real estate since 2008. In that time he has set up and built branches in several parts of the country, and his work covers residential property, property developments, and property and contract law.

Much of his time goes into training agents. A number of the people he has mentored have gone on to run their own businesses, some of them as franchise owners.

Today he runs and grows the Golden Homes brand on the West Coast and in other parts of the Western Cape. He speaks English, Spanish and French, and agents thinking about a career in real estate, or about owning a franchise, are welcome to talk to him.

The branch

Andre works from Golden Homes West Coast

Langebaan, Saldanha and St Helena Bay. Coastal stock, a lot of it bought from inland, so the branch is used to selling a house to somebody who cannot view it on Saturday.
