My name is Nathan Farr, and I've worked for Golden Homes for just under two years. I focus on listing and selling in Glenwood, Durban, and the areas around it such as Glenmore, particularly on roads like Rick Turner Road, Lena Ahrens Road and ZK Matthews Road.

I sell to investors and sell freehold family homes. I grew up in Glenwood and still live here, so I know things others might not: which parts are safest, which roads are busy, and which streets people want most and sell quickest.

I know the area's well-known schools, including Eden College, Durban Girls' High School, St Henry's Marist College, Glenwood High School, Port Natal School and UKZN's Howard College campus, as well as the shopping centres and sports facilities nearby.

I've sold four properties so far. I often team up with the other young agents at the branch to find listings and buyers.
