Tracey Murray

Tracey relocated from Gauteng to George in 2011. Over the past fifteen years, she has witnessed the town’s remarkable growth as more families have embraced the lifestyle the Garden Route offers. The growth rate has been the highest among the 19 intermediate cities in South Africa, with a growth rate of 4.1% per annum since 2011. Expanding property development and the arrival of major retailers and manufacturers have strengthened property values, while George continues to promote wellbeing and despite the enormous growth, instilled is still a strong sense of community you would experience in a smaller town. Tracey began her property career as an Estate Manager in 2016. This role opened the door to rental management and, in the years that followed, to the rewarding experience of successfully selling property. What Tracey values most about the industry is the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and build lasting relationships. Many of her buyers and sellers have remained firm friends. She believes that professionalism, service and knowledge are essential qualities of a good Property Practitioner, and she brings these values to every interaction.
