Nisa Mohamed

I'm Nisa Mohamed, and I work in property management and sales at Golden Homes Benoni, mostly in Lakefield and Alphen Park.

Alphen Park is a boomed-off suburb with 24-hour security, mostly larger family homes, on the banks of the dam, with a park and play equipment for the children. Lakefield is older and leafier, with Lakefield on Main and The Conservatory for everyday shopping and Netcare Lakeview Hospital close by.

Managing rentals as well as selling means I see a property from both sides: what tenants look for, what keeps a rental let, and what buyers will pay for it. That helps whether you're letting out your home, selling it, or both.

What I enjoy most is the people. I like getting to know my clients and what they actually need, and being part of the community I work in.
