Meet Claudia

Claudia Zulu has sold more than 100 homes in nine years with Golden Homes, across Germiston, Alberton and Boksburg. She is a Full Status Property Practitioner with the PPRA and holds the NQF Level 5 real estate qualification, and she has regularly won Golden Homes' Top Sales, Top Listing and Top Performer awards.

Most of what she sells is freehold family homes and sectional title units, and she also works with buyers looking for an investment property. In Germiston she covers Lambton, Albemarle, Dinwiddie and Elspark. In Alberton it's Verwoerdpark, New Market, Randhart, Brackenhurst and Albertsdal, and in Boksburg it's Windmill Park, Dawn Park and Freeway Park. Working that many suburbs side by side means she can tell a buyer where their budget goes furthest, and tell a seller what the house down the road actually sold for.
